- A. EMOM - 2 Hang Pwr or Hang Squat Clean
- B. Accumulate 60 STRICT pullups / or 30 Muscle Ups
- ** (ring row, banded, jumping allowed but work on the progressions)
- *Run 400m every time you drop off the bar or if your feet touch the floor while performing pullups
- *** 20 minute cap***
