  • warmup: hang squat clean technique drills

  • A. EMOM - 2 Hang Pwr or Hang Squat Clean 

  • B. Accumulate 60 STRICT pullups / or 30 Muscle Ups 

  • ** (ring row, banded, jumping allowed but work on the progressions)


  • *Run 400m every time you drop off the bar or if your feet touch the floor while performing pullups

  • *** 20 minute cap***
