The ladder will ascend every 3-minutes increasing in reps by 2 until the athlete can not complete the ladder.
***will be done in heats, with athletes judging each other.
OR may do scaled
If you do not go past round of 14 (minute 9) use the rest of the class time to work on your kipping C2B or regular pullups
