  • B. 3 rounds (12 min cap)

  • 20 HSPU (rx = open standard hand and head on yoga mat or use 45's with ab mat)
  • 40 KB Russian Swings (70/53)
  • 60 Double Unders / lateral hops / 2x singles

  • C. accumulate 3 minutes of hollow hold
