8/31/15 - "Cindy or Mary" (benchmark)


  • Warmup: Power Clean technique

  • A. EMOM 8, 1 Power Clean. Then Every 2 minutes for 8 minutes 1 heavy power clean

  • B. Choose Cindy or Mary, both AMRAP 20

  • Cindy 
  • 5 pullups
  • 10 pushups
  • 15 air squats

  • Mary
  • 5 HSPU
  • 10 alternating pistols
  • 15 pullups
