  • A. warmup - 400 M run

  • B. 200 M run relay (3 separate races)

  • C. Shoulder Mobility and Snatch Warmup
  • Squat Snatch 5-3-3-1-1 

  • D. Teams of 2 or 3 - 5 rounds

  • 4 rope climbs / 16 pullups
  • 20 burpees
  • 800 m row (one partner at a time unless teams of 3)
