B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

30 double-unders
15 power snatches (75/45)

**rest 4 minutes**

C. core/skill work EMOM 6

Min 1: accumulate 20 sec L-sit (any style)
Min 2: 3 bar muscle ups or skill work progressions
