4/14/14 - "The Chief" (benchmark)


  • SWOD: 10 min EMOM 1 Squat Cleans work up to 80% 

  • then 5 min EMOM 1 Squat Clean at 90% or more (attempt a PR)

  • The Chief

  • Max rounds in 3 minutes of:

  • 3 Power cleans, (135/95)
  • 6 Push-ups
  • 9 Squats

  • Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.
