  • SWOD: Turkish Getup (1RM each arm) 

  • 10 (60 second) rounds with 60 sec rest 

  • 100 M run

  • 10 KB Swings (53/35) 
  • AMRAP Box Jumps (30"/24") 

  • **athletes' score is total box jumps**
