  • 8 Floor Wipers (same weight)(4 per side) 

  • Team Row Relay (500 M each teammate) **repeat if time allows** 

  • 3 rounds 

  • 5 Muscle up / 15 ring dip / 30 box dips 
  • 10 Thrusters (135/95)
