  • SWOD then...
  • Tabata (20 seconds on/ 10 sec off)
  • Air Squats
  • KB Sumo DLHP (70/53)
  • Pushups (hand release)
  • Russian Twists (45/25)
  • *8x each exercise. 1 min rest in between each exercise. Complete 8 sets before moving on to next exercise.
