Broward Cup WOD #2 modified
Squat Snatch 10 Minute Practice or OHS 10 minutes to find 1RM
then...
1 minute on, 1 minute off 7 times
in 1 minute do 10 burpees and the rest of the time as many Snatches as possible (power or squat)
