Broward Cup WOD #2 modified

  • Squat Snatch 10 Minute Practice or OHS 10 minutes to find 1RM

  • then...

  • 1 minute on, 1 minute off 7 times

  • in 1 minute do 10 burpees and the rest of the time as many Snatches as possible (power or squat)
