  - 2 minutes on, 1 min break on each station then rotate (everyone will go twice on each station)

 - Tire Flips
 - double unders
 - Sumo DLHP (95 / 65)
 - Push ups
 - russian twist (45 / 25)

*count total reps for score on each station
