  • A. EMOM for 8 minutes, 1 Hang Power Snatch

  • then Every 2 minutes for 8 minutes to find 1RM of day

  • Chipper

  • 50 Pullups
  • 40 box jumps (24"/20")
  • 30 HSPU
  • 20 Power Snatch (135/95)
  • 10 OHS (135/95)
  • 5 rope climbs / 10 strict pullups
