  • A. Squat Snatch complex (2 second pause at each position... below the knee, above knee, high hang position) 5x1 at 70%

  • **work on static position of pull**

  • B. 4 rounds

  • 200 M run
  • 15 Thrusters (115/75)
  • 15 Pullups
