  • warmup: squat clean technique. work all 3 positions 

  • A. 1 squat clean EMOM 8 minutes. 

  • Every other minute for second 8 minutes, 1 squat clean
  •  
  • B. 3 rounds

  • 10 Deadlift (275/175)
  • 15 HSPU
  • 20 pullups
  • 400 M run
