  • SWOD then...

  • AMRAP 20

  • 15 Clapping Pushups
  • Plank Holds while other partner does box jumps
  • 30 Box Jump OVER (30"/24")

  • *jumps can be split in any way, but the other teammate must be doing a plank hold*
